I have been trying to eat whole foods as of late it’s not 100% but I am slowing adding more and more to the list and now my body craves whole healthy foods once again.
At one point in my life I only eat fish and chicken as meat and this was good and dandy at the time. I moved from NY to live with my dad and brother in NC and then I started eating red meat because they eat meat and I was cooking it.
I love cooking because I have been cooking from a young girl and we Jamaicans love flavor, so food is a part of my life and culture.
I decided to stop playing tug and war with my food and just let it flow, I try not to eat any junk food but when I crave for something I don’t deprive myself from it. I know I want to eat only raw food at some point in my life for a full year and then decide if I should stay on that path, but I am slowly getting to that point and I am fine with it because this is what works for me at the moment.
