My new found love, I soak 2 tablespoon chia seed and green tea kombucha with 17 oz pure water over night in the cooler. Then I add some lemon, ginger and 2 tablespoon coconut sugar.
Chia seed can hydrate the body, reduce blood pressure and reduce food cravings. Chia seed absorb 10 times their weight in water, forming a bulky gel and they are the richest plant source of Omega-3.
Wow! I've never heard of this seed.
