I am getting back to my old self, my body is healing from my down time of sickness and life is good. I changed up the living room yesterday change is good moving things around and I am back to my morning yoga in full blast. I am doing a no meat, no whites for the month of Oct. it’s only been a week but I fell well and I have no cravings.

Sun is shining weather is sweet, makes you wanna move your dancing feet


  1. I would love to do a meat fast. How do you prepare yourself for it?


    1. Hi Tia,

      It’s good to have a support system and if you live in a home and you have to cook meat for example (your married and your other half eat meat it will help if he cook his own meat for the length of the fast) this has help me out. Find a friend that you could do the fast with or a group of people and this will be your support system. Decide how long you will be doing your fast and if for any reason you mess up one day just continue on with your fast. Start out by eliminating one item you no longer want to eat (red meat, sugar, rice) and as time go by add a new item per fast.
