OK so I cannot do it on my own so I will need the help of my blog to kick this off and put it in motion. It is exactly what the title say in the raw a living high raw food diet. Its gonna be hard (food is so YUMMY) yes I know but I plan on taking it one step at a time until I get to a point of balance and control. If you have any advice for me please jump in.
Good luck, I've been looking into that but it's at the bottom of my list like you said food is so yummy
ReplyDeleteI will need all the luck maggi
ReplyDeleteGoing 100% raw is difficult. If you can't quite make it, supplementing your high raw diet with a little cooked brown rice every once in a while won't hurt you. I was raw for 18 months before falling off the wagon -- my intention is to be 100% or at least high raw once again -- but yet, food is so good. Once your taste buds get used to the raw food, it becomes more and more difficult to add cooked to your menu, and once you see what adding more cooked can do to you -- your skin, hair, nails, attitude -- you may do much better than I and stick with the raw plan for life. Much luck to you. This is inspirational for me to get back on that raw wagon :)
