The Detox

Now that my detox is over its time to get back to blogging, it was a trying month but i did it i also fell off a few times but got back up and keep it going. Now the real work begins to keep at it.

No more rice and as little flour as possible, red meat will be at a distance. Yoga, pilates, and running is a must i feel so energize after doing my workout.
