My summer books just came in the mail i still have a few more to get.

Perfectly Perfect

What do you view as perfection? What would you change about yourself if you had the power to?

We have to learn to accept and work with what was given to us the nappy hair, not so perfect brows, and the not so perfect skin and stop trying to cover it up excessively and change it but let's learn to enhance it and own it because it's ours and we are individual unique and special and you are one of a kind.

Now that is powerful don't you think?

A Little Treat For Your Sweet

Lets call this one Cherry Kisses Cacao Bliss

1 oz raw cacao/maca powder
3 oz cacao butter
3.5 oz dates
2 tbs cherries
2 tbs macadamia nut
5 drop ginger essential oil
pinch of vanilla powder
pinch of sea salt

melt cacao butter

Add cacao/maca powder to melted cacao butter

 Mash the dates and cherries and chop macadamia nuts

Start folding all the above in your cool liquid cacao mixture

place on parchment paper fold into a bar and then put it in the fridge.
Presentation is key
