Cozy Moments
As much as i like this cozy time of year i do not like the cold weather that comes with it, a few things to help me adjust my bones.
1. Yoga-Life saver helps to stretch my body and rejuvenate helps me to get moving.
2. Candles-Cozy setting the flicker of candle light warms my heart.
3. Incense-Burning The Scented Djinn Golden Kyphi at nights gives me good slumber and peaceful dreams.
4. Teas-I drink teas all year round but it’s so comforting this time of year.
5. Walks-I want to stay in as much as possible but i will change it up a bit and take more walks at the park.

We are kindred spirits. I've been burning candles and incense regularly and I drink tea almost everyday. Yoga is wonderful. I also like nightly massages with the homemade oil I made that I sent you some of. Fall is my fav. time of the year.
ReplyDeleteI love the oil, it relaxes my back because i hold a lot of tension in my shoulders, and the smell is relaxing.
