Rich green moss, cool dirt and warm fragrant wind that is Moria.

We have to learn to accept and work with what was given to us the nappy hair, not so perfect brows, and the not so perfect skin and stop trying to cover it up excessively and change it but let's learn to enhance it and own it because it's ours and we are individual unique and special and you are one of a kind.

Now that is powerful don't you think?

A Little Treat For Your Sweet

Lets call this one Cherry Kisses Cacao Bliss

1 oz raw cacao/maca powder
3 oz cacao butter
3.5 oz dates
2 tbs cherries
2 tbs macadamia nut
5 drop ginger essential oil
pinch of vanilla powder
pinch of sea salt

melt cacao butter

Add cacao/maca powder to melted cacao butter

Mash the dates and cherries and chop macadamia nuts

Start folding all the above in your cool liquid cacao mixture

place on parchment paper fold into a bar and then put it in the fridge.
Presentation is key

Bath Time

It's important to make time to pamper ourselves even if it's once per week, this ritual helps us to relax, unwind and reflect on what ever tension we hold in our body due to everyday ups and downs.

Salt Bath
4 tbs himalayan pink salt
4 tbs dead sea salt
1.5oz pack colloidal oatmeal
10 drops french lavender essential oil
3 drops german chamomile essential oil
5 drops blue tansy essential oil

This will last you for a month enjoy

Honey Skin Care Part 1

Working on 2 of my must have facial gems to send out for testing.

First lets talk about honey Raw African Wild Honey in all its yummy glory, jam pack with natural vitamins, minerals and amino acids to pamper the skin.

Yea so we have honey now lets add a few other things like Jaswandi Powder and Cacao powder for a perfect fit. This face wash/scrub/mask helps to gentle exfoliate and revive skin that's in need of a pick me upper.
